Apostle Elizabeth P. Bland was born and raised in Buffalo, New York, to her late parents, Pastor David J. Green and Ida B. Green. She now resides in Surprise, Arizona, with her husband, Apostle Lavelle Bland, of 35 years. Together they are blessed with four children-two sons and two daughters-- and one grandson, all faithful serving in their ministry at New Covenant Kingdom Global in El Mirage, Arizona.

Apostle Elizabeth holds a Bachelor of Religion with a concentration on Christian Leadership and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Christian Leadership from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Virginia. Her ministry journey began at the age of eleven as a Minister of Music where she cultivated a deep love for worship and the presence of God. At the age of thirty-three, she embraced her prophetic calling and stepped boldly into preaching, prophesying, healing, delivering and kingdom impacts.

In August 2019, Apostle Elizabeth and her husband received their apostolic affirmation as Apostles, under the leadership of their Overseer, and Senior Covenant Leader, Apostle Dr. G. Marie Carroll. They serve together as the Pastors of New Covenant Kingdom Global in El Mirage, Arizona. Together, they have planted churches in Surprise and El Mirage, AZ. As a visionary builder, in 2009, Apostle Elizabeth founded the Women of Purpose ministry, a ministry which empowers women through workshops and conferences. In 2017, she established The School of the Prophets, teaching and training budding and emerging prophets and prophetic people. In 2019, Apostle Elizabeth established The Equipping of the Saints ministry training class designed to strengthen men and women by empowering them in their fivefold ministry gifts, both of which continue to thrive, producing mature, equipped and impactful believers.

Apostle Elizabeth is grateful to God for the release of her first book entitled,” The Prophetic Arising.” A labor of love that she believes will awaken and stir the prophetic gift in every reader. She believes this book will ignite a prophetic arising in the lives of Gods' people on their prophetic journey. This book is the beginning of many. Stay tuned for more, in Jesus' name.
